Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment option, our shipping and delivery process involves:

    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Domestic Deliveries: 5-10 business days
    • International Deliveries: 10-20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and other unforeseen factors.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of the order.

  • Domestic Shipping: Flat rate or free shipping may apply for certain orders.
  • International Shipping: Fees vary based on destination and package weight.

Please note: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.


5. Failed Deliveries & Reshipment

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or if the package is not accepted at the time of delivery, the following may apply:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for reshipment.
  • Orders returned to us due to refusal of delivery or failure to collect will be treated as canceled orders, and a restocking fee may be charged.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
